Radisson Blu Anchorage, Nigeria

William in is role as CEO of Uraga Real Estate, a Honeywell Nigeria Group Company oversaw the management, completion and opening of the first Radisson Blu Hotel in Victoria Island Lagos. The development was at a shell stage and fraught with contractual issues with main contractor and financing.

William organised the development /construction team, resolved project financing, completed and opened the 170-bed hotel in 24 months.


Honeywell Group Head Office, Nigeria

As CEO of Uraga Real Estate William initiated the total refurbishment and additional build to convert an old residential building into a 1,000 sq. m head office complex for the Honeywell Group Nigeria.

This project from start to finish over a 12 months development period.

In his position as MD PROPCo, William initiated this development from start to completion including the leasing strategy and post development asset management.

The project involved optimising a 1 acre vacant and underutilised land. With an in-depth knowledge of the market William conceived an office development tailored to suit a certain segment of the market. William managed the development from start to finish and let the entire building within 12 months from practical completion in a very competitive market. The development is a 4,000 sq. m GLA grade A office building. The success of this development is underpinned by our deep asset management strategy and tactics.
