BACKGROUND & HISTORY
Leadenhall Real Estate Advisors Ghana has evolved since 2008 when its founder, William Bobie, established Assenta Real Estate Investment Managers (Assenta REIM) in partnership with Assenta Property Group. In 2013 Assenta REIM as part of its international strategy partnered with DTZ Leadenhall SA, and subsequently established a local company called DTZ Leadenhall Ghana in 2016 to provide real estate advisory services to corporate international clients with real estate portfolios in Africa.
DTZ Leadenhall Ghana rebranded to Leadenhall Real Estate Advisors Ghana to trade as an independent real estate advisory and asset management company in 2019. It has affiliations with Leadenhall International Property Services South Africa.
Leadenhall Real Estate Advisors as it pursues its focus as a real estate asset manager also collaborates with international property consultancies as an independent advisor to provide corporate real estate solutions to variety of international clients across a variety of real estate services.

We have identified this niche in our market where investable grade assets are being developed but lack the hands-on post development commercial asset management.
We are leveraging on our in-depth asset management expertise from the UK, Nigeria and knowledge of the South African markets to provide our clients with the commercially driven approach to realise and sustain values.
Our team has worked with some of the leading asset managers in the UK and managed diverse portfolios to include retail, offices, industrial, hotels, petrol filling stations and student accommodation. We bring international expertise to bear yet tailored within the local environment.
